Day Ten Point Five

We reluctantly left Camp Jabulani and were given a send off by a small crowd of manager, guide, chef and butlers.  All very warm and friendly people.

And just when I'm thinking charter planes can't get any smaller I find out otherwise. Oh my gosh, a single engine plane that must have been borrowed from a history museum.  It rattled around a bit like a tin can with pennies inside of it. Just enough room for me, Caroline and our luggage piled behind our heads.

I planned this trip starting with rustic and ending with luxury and we've got that in spades here at Londolozi our last camp.  This portion will be more about game viewing and photography and less going, going and going. We'll have a little more down time which is perfect for the tail end of our trip.

Much more to tell and write but we are having too much fun and don't want to waste precious time working on the blog.

Day Ten

We finished our stay at Camp Jabulani with a sundowner in the bush, a night elephant back safari and visit to the impressive barn where they each have their own stall. When on our safari's the babies just tag along foraging, playing and getting into mischief.

It was chilly by the end but when we got back to the lodge camp the fires were lit and the big room toasty. We had eland and pork belly with all kinds of different side dishes.

This has been a wonderful trip.

Unfortunately we didn't have our zoom lenses the day we saw the leopard.
